Frank's Bio

Frank Taliercio knows what personalized customer service really means, as well as how to deliver it. Frank enjoys helping clients put their hard-earned money into something they love and can call home. "Property is the fruit of labor, and owning it is an important foundation in one's life," he believes. As the owner of property himself, and the contractor who helps maintain its value, he lives this philosophy every day. Frank completed top-to-bottom renovations of two college rental investment properties he currently rents out.

He loves real estate and its rewards, but his real passion is finding his clients a place to call "home" – the most important goal. Frank aspires to make each person he works with feel special, whether they are buying, selling or renting. "Every individual is a building block to success, and a unique relationship that must be cherished. I believe in fully educating my customers so they feel confident in their decisions. To do that, I live and breathe real estate, giving them every opportunity to realize their dream." Frank is a natural hustler, hard worker and multi-tasker who is efficient, personable and innovative in the way he brings deals together.

Currently residing in a loft in Tribeca, Frank has a keen ability to notice the unnoticed as well as a unique appreciation for the smallest details that make the big picture beautiful. "I love New York City spaces and history, and am particularly fascinated by my favorite neighborhood, Tribeca."

Originally from White Plains, NY, Frank graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. In addition to working hard for his clients and staying on top of the construction, renovation and repair of his investment properties, he enjoys restoring classic cars and traveling across Europe.
